Friday 7:45 am -- 3:30 pm
Closed @ lunch everyday from 12:00pm -- 12:45pm 

 

Library closes at 12:00pm on Early Release days.

Library Policies
Visits to the Library

Students may visit the library before school and after school.  Library closes at 12:00pm on Early Release days.
Students 6th-12th may check out/renew/check in books daily.
Refrain from using cell phones.
Refrain from eating or drinking in the library.  Food or drinks can damage books and computers.
Please remember this is a quiet zone for students to work or study.
MS and HS library patrons please refrain from interacting with each other.
 

Check Out Policy

2 week checkout.  All students may check out 3 books.
 

Overdue Items

Students may not check out new books in place of their overdue books until those books have been returned or fines paid.

Students will be contacted if an item is excessively overdue.  Report cards will be held until those books are returned or paid for if they have been damaged or lost.
Students are responsible for paying the replacement cost of a lost or damaged book (a book is damaged if reading is hindered).
 

Computers and Printer

All students must follow the Tonasket School District Internet Use Policy.
Must ask permission to print if over 3 pages.
Refrain from playing any games that has violence, shooting, killing, and etc.
 

Reading

The library has a balanced collection of books and other materials that encourage and serve their educational, cultural, professional, and recreational needs with a emphasis on supporting all academic reading levels of our students.
The librarian works with classes and to help identify their library needs.
Librarian will place emphasis on all students becoming life long library learners.
 

Research

Students have access to a variety of print sources including non-fiction, encyclopedias, atlases, dictionaries, and almanacs.

The Word to HTML tool helps you convert Word documents, Excel, Google docs, PDF files and any other visual document to HTML.
